Toss out the junk food and start making snack time fun again!

Fruits are good for you and for us! You can’t go wrong exposing your child to fruits! It’s delicious and provides us with important vitamins. My favorite fruits are apples, bananas and grapes.

Make eating healthy fun this summer by cutting it into fun shapes with a cookie cutter and making kabobs with your favorite fruit! I promise that your tot(s) will love it!
