Live, Love And Stay Active!
Last week my parents participated in the 5K Run Against Human Trafficking and I came along, of course!
My parents are all about ‘living healthy’ and keeping active as a family! We make healthier lifestyle choices by staying physically active and eating right!
Below are some useful tips to keep your family healthy and happy:
- Eat at least 5 servings of fruit or vegetables a day
- Spend no more than 2 hours in front of a screen (TV, video games, etc.)
- Get at least 1 hour of physical activity every day
- Don’t drink sugary beverages
