The Importance of Family Vacations

We’re on “Island time”!

photo

Aruba is the place to breath clean ocean air, experience the pure white sand beneath your feet, and to play all day long under the Caribbean sun.

I’ve already traveled to a few countries outside the United States, but never have I experienced such warm friendly people and adventure to life, as in Aruba.

PS: Today we’re on “island time”, meaning we’re relaxing together! I enjoy our family vacation so much because we not only get to spend quality time together but we’re also free from our daily stress and worries (more so my parents than me because I don’t have any worries nor stress yet, duh!).

Anyhow,…What’s not to love about family vacations?

Make it an effort to go at least once a year.

Seroe Colorado, Aruba

Smell foreign air!

photoToday we decided to do some sightseeing (even though Aruba’s great to just spend long days relaxing on the beach and listening to the ocean) because there are plenty of opportunities to get to know Aruba’s most attractive sights, historical and natural attractions, and museums as well.

Our first stop during our road trip (NOTE: Aruba is only 19 miles long):

Seroe Colorado!

Seroe Colorado is the home of Baby Beach, Rodgers Beach and Colorado point at the southeast of the island. The name of this city, which translates to colorful hill, refers to the 30 meters high of pure limestone hill. The hill got its name due to the brown/yellow color of the limestone.

We went up to Colorado point and the view was just stunning…I love Aruba!!

Playing Under The Caribbean Sun

Happy, little feet!

Highlight of the day: Feeding the fishes with bread at DePalm Island!

We grabbed some bread and went into the water to feed them! We had a zillion fishes around us – it was such a blast!

This vacation is beyond beautiful…
